Founder & Master StylistWith over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Nicole began her career with Holiday Hair before spending 15 years with Regis Corporation. Driven by a vision to offer something beyond the traditional chain salon, she founded The Color Bar Beauty Salon in 2015. Her goal was simple: create a unique, welcoming space where talented stylists, exceptional service, and a strong team atmosphere come together to give every client an elevated salon experience.
Elaine Nagel
With 10+ years of experience, Elaine brings creativity, precision, and passion to every appointment. Specializing in blonding, grey blending, balayage, vivid colors, she loves creating customized looks that turn heads. Certified in Brazilian Blowout and QiQi smoothing treatments, Elaine is also skilled in the latest cutting trends, from soft and effortless to bold and edgy. Her attention to detail and dedication to her craft ensure every guest leaves looking beautiful and feeling confident!
Stephanie Hughes
Stephanie brings 32+ years of experience behind the chair, having lived and worked just outside of Philadelphia for over three decades. She specializes in color correction, blonding, gray blending, soft layering, and texture cutting. Known for her thorough consultations and personalized, one-on-one approach, Stephanie ensures every look complements her client’s features. She also offers expertise in hair and scalp health, modern and men’s cuts, Brazilian Blowouts, and tape-in extensions.
Tori Sheely
Since 2022, Tori brings a fresh, creative edge to every appointment, blending her love of art and science to create personalized looks that reflect each client's unique style. Specializing in vivid colors, alternative cuts, dimensional blondes, bouncy blowouts, and trendy layers, she loves pushing creative boundaries while enhancing natural beauty. With an eye for detail and a passion for self-expression, Tori creates a fun, welcoming experience where every client leaves looking and feeling their best!
Amelia Birtch
A recent graduate of Empire Beauty School and licensed cosmetologist, Amelia brings fresh talent, creativity, and a passion for all things hair! With a love for vivid colors, creative styling, and curly hair, she enjoys helping clients embrace their individuality. Currently sharpening her skills through The Color Bar's Stylist Training Program, Amelia is eager to grow, learn, and perfect her craft.
Summer Daley
Newly licensed and ready to make her mark, Summer brings fresh energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to The Color Bar team! With a passion for highlights, color refreshes, layered cuts, trendy shags, and men’s cuts, she loves creating personalized looks that leave clients feeling confident. Currently growing her skills through The Color Bar’s Stylist Training Program, Summer is dedicated to perfecting her craft, exploring new techniques, and staying on top of the latest trends.
Kaycee Doller
With 14+ years of experience as a licensed stylist, Kaycee brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and versatility to The Color Bar. As Assistant Manager, she works closely with Nicole to keep the salon running smoothly while continuing to do what she loves behind the chair. Known for her friendly personality, strong client connections, and willingness to help, Kaycee is a go-to resource for both clients and team members. Whether it's hair, products, or anything salon-related, she's always happy to help!
Sarah Valentin
A familiar face at The Color Bar since 2017, Sarah has been a valued part of our team on and off throughout the years! A licensed stylist since 2012, she brings years of industry experience and a passion for all things beauty. You’ll currently find her welcoming guests at the front desk on Saturdays, but her talents go far beyond reception! From assisting with weddings to lending a hand throughout the salon, Sarah’s versatility, experience, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her an essential part of The Color Bar team!
