The professional stylists at, Color Bar Beauty Salon strive for excellence in their services and the products they supply to make your hair healthy and beautiful! To maintain this level of excellence, you may be asked to make a non-refundable deposit at your stylist’s discretion.

The non-refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking/consultation, and will go toward the total cost of your service and secures the appointment time you have scheduled. You will receive a text message requesting confirmation 72 hours before your appointment, or a phone call 48 hours before. Please confirm your appointment, as unconfirmed appointments are subject to removal without warning.

If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment, the non-refundable deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date and time.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours and before 24 hours, 50% of your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, the other 50% will be transferred to your new appointment date and time.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to show up, you will forfeit 100% of your non-refundable deposit. You will be required to pay a new non-refundable deposit to schedule any future appointment.

Please understand that when you forget, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer those services to a client on our wait list. It also directly affects us in a negative way. Please be considerate of our time and others.

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

We take our clients’ time seriously and we do our best to accommodate your needs. If you arrive late (more than 10 minutes), it may require us to cut your appointment short, or ask you to reschedule to another date.
