At Color Bar Beauty Salon, our stylists are committed to delivering exceptional service using high-quality products. To support this standard, a non-refundable deposit may be required at your stylist’s discretion.
Deposits are collected at the time of booking or consultation, applied toward your total service cost, and securing your appointment.
Appointment confirmation is required all clients will receive a text 72 hours prior or a phone call 48 hours prior. Unconfirmed appointments may be removed without notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
48+ hours’ notice: Deposit transfers in full to your rescheduled appointment
Less than 48 hours or no-show: 100% of the deposit is forfeited
A new deposit is required to book future appointments
Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from accommodating clients on our waitlist and directly impact our team. We kindly ask that you respect our time and policies.
For the health and safety of our guests and staff, please reschedule if you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms. Clients who arrive with signs of illness may be asked to reschedule.
We take our clients’ time seriously and we do our best to accommodate your needs. If you arrive late (more than 10 minutes), it may require us to cut your appointment short, or ask you to reschedule to another date.
